Have questions? Here's the most frequently asked.

What happens in case of rain?

All of our tours can run rain or shine. We even offer rain capes on bike tours to keep you dry! Only in extreme weather conditions shall a tour be cancelled.  This decision is always taken at the meeting point of the tour and never before the departing time.  In the rare event a tour is cancelled we will attempt to place you on another departure, or offer you a full refund.

Is the bike tour easy for everyone?

Yes! Ours tours run at a relaxed pace, and include plenty of breaks and informational stops along the way. Montreal is a truly bike friendly city. The tours stick mostly to bike lanes, although we occasionally run along quieter city streets. Also, riding in a group is helpful and we always provide tips for smart and safe riding at the beginning of each tour. If you’ve ridden a bike before, you’ll be more than fine!

What is the cancellation policy?

For our regular tours, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are fully refundable (A 5% cancellation fee applies). Tours cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, booking in advance is required. Our tours typically sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the date, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance.

What language do you speak on the tours?

The majority of the tours run in English, but as you probably know, Montreal is a French/English bilingual city and so are all our guides. For private groups we can operate the tour in English, French, or Spanish. Please contact us.

"A must for a first time visit to Montreal. Our guide was upbeat, attentive, and full of info. The bikes were in beautiful shape, and made covering the impressive amount of the city we saw an absolute breeze. We did the South Tour on our first day and after we knew city vastly more than before"
