Given that our tours are easy-going rides, you can choose to take both tours on the same day (AM + PM) or on separate days.  You will be able to let us know when you complete your reservation.

If you choose to do the tours on the same day there is an hour break between the two rides.  This provides more than enough time to grab a bite at our on-site Cafe Marius or at one of the many nearby restaurants.  We are located directly across from the gorgeous Parc LaFontaine, an excellent spot for a picnic.

Have questions? Here's the most frequently asked.

Is the bike tour easy for everyone?

Yes! Ours tours run at a relaxed pace, and include plenty of breaks and informational stops along the way. Montreal is a truly bike friendly city. The tours stick mostly to bike lanes, although we occasionally run along quieter city streets. Also, riding in a group is helpful and we always provide tips for smart and safe riding at the beginning of each tour. If you’ve ridden a bike before, you’ll be more than fine!

What happens in case of rain?

All of our tours can run rain or shine. We even offer rain capes on bike tours to keep you dry! Only in extreme weather conditions shall a tour be cancelled.  This decision is always taken at the meeting point of the tour and never before the departing time.  In the rare event a tour is cancelled we will attempt to place you on another departure, or offer you a full refund.

What is the cancellation policy?

For our regular tours, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are fully refundable (A 5% cancellation fee applies). Tours cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

Are children allowed on the tours?

Yes! We love having kids on our tours. If you are joining a bike tour, let us know in advance so we can prepare the bikes for the little ones.

What if the tour is sold out on the date that I want to go?

If a date and time is sold out, there is always a good chance that we will add an additional tour on that day. Please contact us to let us know what date you are interested in if you do not see availability.

"Did both tours. The North is a perfect opportunity to see how people live. Our guide knew everything about why everything is the way it is. Montreal surprised us in so many ways! The South was more about the history of the city and its highlights, topped of with great personal tips from our guide."
